CoreEvents in Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee staffing service delivery across multiple markets. You will drive operational excellence, profitability, compliance, and client satisfaction in events, hospitality, hotels, schools, and venues.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in event staffing or hospitality, proven leadership skills, and the ability to build teams, streamline processes, and deliver consistent results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of staffing industry experience.
• Experience leading teams and managing operations across multiple locations or clients.
• Background in event staffing, hospitality, hotel operations, or venue management.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and client management skills.
• Experience with workforce planning, staffing performance metrics, and operational reporting.
• Ability to delegate effectively, develop leaders, and drive accountability.
• Experience with gig staffing and workforce management systems is a plus.
• Spanish-speaking ability is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Lead and develop Operations Managers, oversee multi-location operations, and translate revenue forecasts into staffing plans.
• Staffing Performance: Monitor fill rates, attendance, time-to-fill, and workforce utilization; address staffing gaps and ensure contingency plans are in place.
• Client Relationships: Partner with Sales on account handoffs, manage escalations, lead service reviews, and drive corrective action plans.
• Financial Management: Monitor gross margins, labor costs, overtime, timekeeping, and billing accuracy in partnership with Finance.
• People & Safety: Develop team capabilities and ensure consistent training, credentialing, safety, and compliance practices.
• Systems & Processes: Govern CoreGo workflows for job orders, scheduling, associate readiness, check-in/check-out, incident reporting, and performance dashboards.

Compensation & Location

• Base salary: $120,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses tied to KPIs.
• Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, with occasional travel within Texas.
