Job summary

ProMedica Toledo Hospital is seeking a Physician Office Supervisor to support a Pediatric Specialty department. The role will oversee scheduling and payroll, track physician vacation, and maintain staff education records, while helping implement policies and budgets to improve quality and efficiency.

The supervisor will prepare staff performance reviews, ensure adherence to standards, and foster a collaborative environment focused on patient care and staff satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of progressively responsible supervisory and administrative experience.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in business administration or health services related field.
• 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Clinical experience.
