Job summary

ProMedica is seeking a Physician Office Supervisor in Defiance, Ohio to lead the ophthalmology department. You will supervise staff, oversee scheduling and payroll, track vacations, and maintain records for continuing education and certification.

In collaboration with the physician/manager, you will develop policies, control budgets, and lead performance evaluations to uphold service standards and patient care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or health services related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of progressively responsible supervisory and administrative experience.
