Tulsa Responds, an LLC of Tulsa Community Foundation, is seeking a Director of Operations in Tulsa, OK. This hands‑on role leads administrative and cross‑functional processes, builds systems, and ensures policy alignment with GKFF/TCF standards to improve efficiency and impact.

The director will shape the marketing and outreach plan in English and Spanish, supervise operations staff, manage budgets and vendor contracts, and drive data‑driven performance across the organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience leading and managing operations or cross‑functional teams.
• Experience managing facilities, vendors, and contracts, including IT providers.
• Experience in marketing/outreach, ideally bilingual English/Spanish, or community‑based.
• Process design, root cause analysis, project management, and change management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; able to learn new tools quickly.
