Job summary

Responsibilities include overseeing site operations, managing budgets and labor costs, and ensuring client satisfaction and contract compliance across NYS. Travel up to 40–50% is required; a strong Ops leadership background is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of leadership experience in commercial janitorial services or related field.
• Proven track record managing multiple Operations Managers across a wide geographic area.
• Strong financial skills with experience managing P&L, labor budgets, and contract margins.
• Must reside in Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, or Albany, NY.
• Ability to travel up to 40–50% across New York State.
• Proficiency with operational management software, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor regional Operations Managers to ensure consistent, high-quality janitorial service delivery.
• Oversee all site operations across key New York territories, maintaining client satisfaction and contract compliance.
• Manage financial performance including budgets, labor costs, and operational efficiencies.
• Develop and enforce standardized workflows, safety protocols, and quality assurance audits.
• Serve as senior escalation point for client issues, driving timely resolutions that enhance retention.
• Collaborate with business development on new account launches, pricing, and contract renewals.
