MMT in Angleton, TX is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing facility. You will own the site’s financial and operational performance, including P&L, budgeting, manufacturing operations, engineering, quality, and facilities.

As the senior on site, you will develop a high-performing team, drive safety and continuous improvement, and collaborate with customers and sales to grow the business. This hands-on leader reports to the Division President.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related technical field.
• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing experience with 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing multiple functions.
• Proven experience managing site P&L, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Proven ability to develop managers and teams.
• Track record improving safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and profitability.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Own site P&L, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Lead manufacturing operations, engineering, quality, and facilities.
• Develop and mentor managers and supervisors.
• Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to grow revenue.
• Lead Lean continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
