Transportation Management Group (TMG) is hiring a Director of Operations to drive operational efficiency and strategy execution across its Las Vegas-based network. You will lead a multi-location team, streamline processes, and partner with executive leadership to meet objectives while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, deep operational expertise, and a track record in transportation or supply chain optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 6+ years of operations management experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain.
• Proven multi-location or regional operations leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations across six states to align with company strategy.
• Drive efficiency, cost control, and service excellence across locations.
• Develop budgets and monitor financial performance against goals.
• Provide regular performance reports to executives.
• Oversee customer service efforts and ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies.
• Collaborate with HR, Sales, Finance and other departments.
