Qualifications

• 8+ years of senior-level leadership experience in warehousing, fulfillment, or logistics networks.
• Verifiable experience directing large-scale 3PL operations or massive high-volume distribution for premium brands.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Multi-Facility Oversight: strategic P&L, budgeting, and cross-functional performance of multi-client facilities.
• Fulfillment & Distribution Optimization: lead engineering, labor planning, and facility optimization to exceed SLAs.
• Advanced Continuous Improvement: drive company-wide improvement programs with dashboards and scorecards.
• Financial Stewardship & ROI: monitor OPEX, manage variances, build ROI cases for DC upgrades.
• Client & Vendor Relationship Architecture: cultivate partnerships with enterprise clients, freight providers, vendors.
• Elite Talent Engineering: manage and mentor General Managers and DC Managers, set goals and define promotion tracks.
• Space & Resource Optimization: optimize labor planning and slotting to improve space utilization.
