Fit Club Physical Therapy & Sports Performance in New York City is seeking a Director of Operations to stabilize, scale, and strengthen its multi-location practice. You will work directly with the founder to implement systems that improve team performance, retention, and operational efficiency across four NYC clinics.

This high-impact leadership role requires building structured processes in a fast-growing health, fitness, and wellness organization.

Formación

• 5+ years of operations leadership experience.
• Experience managing multi-location businesses.
• Background in healthcare, fitness, wellness, hospitality, or service-based businesses is a plus.
• Experience managing teams of 15+ employees.
• Strong understanding of operational KPIs and performance tracking.
• Experience improving systems and workflows in growing organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations across four NYC clinic locations.
• Build and implement operational systems that improve efficiency and consistency.
• Develop clear workflows and accountability structures for clinic teams.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies.
• Manage front desk coordinators and administrative staff.
• Support clinical leadership in maintaining strong team culture and performance.
• Address performance issues and ensure accountability across teams.
