Zusammenfassung

Dover Precision Components seeks a Director of Operations to lead operational performance and strategy across OEM facilities within the Engineered Bearings business unit. The role focuses on governance, best-practice deployment, and margin improvement across plants.

You will drive lean initiatives, oversee multi-site performance, and steward safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while partnering with senior leadership to achieve long-term profitability and operational excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of management experience.
• Experience in lean manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with ISO or TS quality standards.

Aufgaben

• Lead Plant Managers across multiple facilities and drive operational readiness.
• Operate in a matrix structure and build productive cross-functional relationships.
• Coach and develop leaders, including training and growth initiatives.
• Drive multi-site P&L, productivity, and profitability improvements.
• Identify cost improvement opportunities through lean initiatives.
• Drive consistent multisite performance and reduce variability.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and financial regulations.
• Analyze equipment, maintenance, and production data to improve efficiency.
• Lead manufacturing performance turnarounds and transformations.
• Champion process improvement and lean manufacturing best practices.
