• Ability to travel to Mansfield, Texas operation up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service, construction, parts, and administrative operations and profitability.
• Lead field-service and construction teams; manage staffing, scheduling, and performance.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, budgets, labor utilization, and safety performance.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure project execution and timely closeout.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, procurement, and field personnel to deliver results.
