Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.
• Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs for operational performance.
• Lead initiatives to scale operations sustainably and efficiently.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements across departments.
• Develop SOPs and ensure adherence.
• Monitor workflows and propose automation or technology solutions.
• Lead and mentor department managers and cross-functional teams.
• Recruit, train, and retain high-performing staff.

• Oversee supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and manage SLAs.
