Job summary

Target in Denton, TX is seeking an Engineering & Facilities Ammonia Refrigeration Manager to enable high performance of the supply chain by fostering a reliability-centered maintenance culture and ensuring equipment availability.

You will lead and develop ammonia technicians, oversee onboarding and training, manage maintenance plans, and coordinate with HQ and field teams to minimize downtime while maintaining safety with PPE and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years field experience operating, maintaining, servicing, and commissioning industrial ammonia systems.
• Strong knowledge of common industrial safety practices and expectations, including arc flash safety programs.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical prints.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
