CyberCoders is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a growing team of junior project engineers in the Santa Clara area. You will drive project performance from preconstruction through closeout, mentoring engineers and coordinating with PMs, superintendents, clients, and subcontractors.

The role emphasizes strong planning, scheduling, budgeting, and process improvements to deliver multiple construction projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of construction industry experience required.
• Experience leading or mentoring project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Junior Project Engineers.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Manage multiple projects to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, clients, and subcontractors.
• Promote safety, quality, accountability, and teamwork.
• Support staffing and workload management.
