Job summary

Challenge Unlimited seeks a Director of Operations to oversee work opportunities for people with disabilities, leading integrated teams and ensuring work support and development. The role drives budget control, quality, and continuous improvement across janitorial, grounds, food service, shelf stocking, and warehouse services.

The position reports to the EVP of Operations, requiring 3+ years managing large contracts, 5+ years of leadership, and a Bachelor's in business or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 3+ years of managing large service contracts ($1M+ total).
• 5+ years supervising teams and experience in contract development, pricing, and negotiations.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee assigned contracts’ management, ensuring work aligns with SOW and policies.
• Prepare revenue and expense estimates for future months and fiscal year.
• Monitor budgets, labor, supplies, and equipment; provide data for contract renewals.
• Improve efficiency through process improvements and innovative technologies.
• Develop client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and contract fulfillment.
