You will establish metrics, review procedures, manage budgets, and drive customer satisfaction through policy improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Extensive, diversified background with at least 10 years of related experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of fulfillment locations, ensuring efficiency and safety.
• Train and manage Warehouse Managers across current and upcoming locations.
• Establish metrics and standards to evaluate efficiency; identify improvements.
• Review, analyze and improve business procedures.
• Oversee manufacturing, purchasing, and sales to meet goals.
• Plan and control budgets and cost of sales to achieve financial objectives.
• Communicate new directives to managers; maintain staff morale during changes.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, technology and customer service divisions.
• Improve customer service and satisfaction through policy changes.
• Participate in hiring and training of departmental managers.
• Organize and supervise workloads and schedules; conduct timely evaluations.
• Handle discipline per policy; perform other duties as assigned.
