Compensation: $140,000 – $160,000 base + performance bonus (approx. 10%)

Role Overview

This position serves as the senior operational leader for a large, multi‑site operation. The Director of Operations is accountable for performance, staffing, and execution across a sizable frontline workforce in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee regional operations, including direct management of senior operations leaders and a workforce of 100+ employees.
• Drive operational performance, accountability, and consistency across locations.
• Partner closely with recruiting and HR to ensure appropriate staffing levels and high‑quality talent.
• Step in operationally to resolve issues, stabilize performance, and support frontline leadership as needed.
• Lead change initiatives focused on process improvement, scalability, and operational discipline.
• Act as a key connector between field operations and executive leadership.
