The Nature Conservancy seeks an Associate Director of Operations and Engagement to lead operations across Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota. You will align facilities, procurement, IT, and workplace services to advance chapter priorities and support staff across the region.

With a Bachelor’s degree and significant ops expertise, you will drive change, employee experience, and collaboration. The role is hybrid, requiring weekly in-person presence in Minneapolis for effective leadership

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and 6 years related experience, including 2 years in a management role.
• Experience leading and implementing multiple projects.
• Experience working with teams across an organization.
• Supervisory experience including setting objectives, managing performance, and conflict resolution.
• Experience developing, managing, and implementing goals, plans, and complex processes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and oversight for chapter operations and staff support.
• Lead workplace planning and facilities management to maintain a productive environment.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Contracts, IT, and other service teams.
• Support organizational change initiatives and project implementations to improve effectiveness.
