Sodexo Live! in Madison, WI, is seeking a Director of Operations - Concessions for the Alliant Convention Center.

You will oversee day-to-day food and beverage operations, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards during events. This role requires 1-2 years in food service or concessions management, strong leadership, excellent service, and the ability to work long hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in food service management or event concessions management.
• Experience in a large-scale venue or convention center setting is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service.

We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations - Concessions for the Alliant Convention Center.

Job Overview

The Director of Operations - Concessions is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of food and beverage services. This includes managing client relationships, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of service quality, and maximizing revenue from concession operations.

Other Requirements

• Able to work effectively and safely while subject to wet floors, temperature extremes and excessive noise; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds in weight; must be able to maneuver in an often tightly-quartered environment.
• Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays.
