Job summary

Go Fish Digital, a modern marketing collective, is seeking a Director of Operations to translate ambiguity into repeatable cross-team systems. You will partner with client-delivery teams, define clear ownership, and drive process improvements that boost delivery quality and profitability across the agency.

You will design practical solutions with functional leaders, oversee recurring processes, and expand ownership across operations.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of experience in operations, client services, project management, or related field.
• Marketing agency or professional-services experience in a client-delivery environment.
• Strong understanding of how account management, PM, service teams, sales, and finance work together.
• Proven success in improving cross-functional client-delivery processes.
• Experience moving loosely defined initiatives through implementation and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operational partner for client-delivery teams, turning broad goals into repeatable workflows.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives aligning client strategy, PM, service teams, sales, finance, and operations.
• Identify root causes, handoffs, gaps, and ownership issues; implement practical solutions.
• Roll out, train, adopt, and refine new or revised processes across the agency.
• Govern client-delivery processes with standards, ownership, and documentation.
• Develop SOPs, playbooks, and rollout plans to ensure consistency.
