Job summary

Go Fish Digital is seeking an Operations Manager to strengthen our operational infrastructure as we scale client delivery across Salesforce, SCOPE, and ClickUp.

This hands-on role owns client onboarding/offboarding, scope changes, data accuracy, process documentation, and the design of AI-enabled workflows to improve how work gets done.

You will collaborate across sales, finance, client strategy, project management, and delivery teams to ensure dependable, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in agency operations or related field.
• Experience administering CRM, project-management, or reporting platforms.
• Strong documentation and process-improvement track record.
• Ability to own projects and follow through.
• Excellent written communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day execution of core operational processes supporting client delivery.
• Onboard, offboard, and manage scope changes; maintain accurate information across Salesforce, SCOPE, ClickUp.
• Document processes and build AI-enabled workflows.
• Provide responsive operational support and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate across sales, finance, strategy, and delivery teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
