Job summary

Planned Parenthood of Delaware is seeking a Center Manager to oversee daily operations across family planning and abortion services. You will manage staff, ensure quality patient care, and maintain regulatory compliance under the direction of the Operations Director.

Responsibilities include hiring, supervising, budgeting, and coordinating with clinical leadership to refine procedures. A CPR certification and healthcare supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with two years outpatient supervisory experience.
• Minimum two years supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• Current American Heart Association CPR Certification required.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and scheduling skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (OSHA, CLIA, Title X) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of the center and staff.
• Hires, trains, and supervises center staff.
• Develops and implements operational procedures.
• Manages patient flow and service delivery.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and quality standards.
• Prepares monthly reports and budgets.
