Job summary

Fourth Floor in New York City seeks a Director of Operations to lead daily operations for a fast-paced wholesale apparel business. You will partner with senior leadership to support growth, oversee overseas production, freight, warehousing, 3PLs, and delivery to retailers, while driving cross-functional collaboration and accountability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of operations, supply chain, logistics, or inventory experience, ideally within wholesale apparel or consumer products.
• AMT experience HIGHLY preferred.
• Strong knowledge of overseas production, freight, warehousing/3PL, inventory, fulfillment, and major retailer requirements.
