Job summary

Centurion Health in Baltimore is seeking a Full-time Director of Operations to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. This leadership role oversees operational functions within the Pre-Trial Administration setting, ensuring efficient processes and compliance with agency standards.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in contract administration and project management (or 2+ years with a Master's), and proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in contract administration and project management for a bachelor’s degree holder, or 2+ years with a graduate degree.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience overseeing a multi-disciplinary team.
• Able to communicate effectively in writing and orally with staff and institutional administration.
• Experience working in corrections preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and background check.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred) in Health Sciences, Social Science, Program Management, Public Administration, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience (Bachelor Degree holder) or 2 years’ experience (Graduate Degree holder) in high level contract administration and project management
• At least 2 years’ leadership experience overseeing/coordinating the work of a multi-disciplinary team
• Must have the ability to effectively communicate in writing and orally with staff and institutional administration
• Experience working in corrections preferred
• Personal computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ BLS
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
