Centurion Health in Baltimore, MD seeks a Full-Time Director of Operations for Pre-Trial Administration. Day shift, on-site role offering comprehensive benefits and opportunities to lead a multi-disciplinary team in a correctional services environment.

The director will oversee contract administration and program management, require 5+ years (Bachelor) or 2+ years (Graduate) of leadership, and must communicate effectively with staff and administration; CPR/BLS certification and ability to obtain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Health Sciences, Social Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years in contract administration and project management (Bachelor’s); 2 years if Master’s.
• At least 2 years of leadership coordinating a multi-disciplinary team.
• Strong written and oral communication with staff and institutional administration.
• Experience in corrections preferred; CPR/BLS certification required.
• Able to obtain security clearance, drug screening and background checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred) in Health Sciences, Social Science, Program Management, Public Administration, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience (Bachelor Degree holder) or 2 years’ experience (Graduate Degree holder) in high level contract administration and project management
• At least 2 years’ leadership experience overseeing/coordinating the work of a multi-disciplinary team
• Must have the ability to effectively communicate in writing and orally with staff and institutional administration
• Experience working in corrections preferred
• Personal computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ BLS
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
