Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Salary - $90k-$100k

A growing hospitality group is looking for a great Director of Operations to add to their team!

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in similar multi unit operations in a Sr. Level/Director position
• Solid understanding of key financial metrics within food & beverage operations
• In-depth knowledge of beverage programs and service standards

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and continually develop Front of House (FOH) team members across all outlets and future projects. Focus on placing the right individuals in the right roles and providing clear, inspiring leadership to maximize their potential.
• Drive top-line sales through high-performing teams, refined service execution, and offerings that align with our brand and sourcing philosophy. Proactively identify and act on opportunities to increase revenue.
• Manage essential digital tools such as menu printing, online ordering platforms, Toast, reservation systems, and event management software (e.g., Tripleseat/BEOs). Keep all employee information current in collaboration with HR and within the HRIS platform.
