About the Role

We’re looking for aDirector of Operationswho can keep the machine humming — and level it up. You’ll oversee daily operations, lead cross-functional teams, improve workflows, and ensure our clients are getting elite service and consistent supply.

This is aremote-first role, but withregular travel across Southeast states requiredto visit our warehouses and ensure every part of the operation is firing on all cylinders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize day-to-day operations across departments
• Oversee warehouse performance and ensure accurate, on-time fulfillment
• Travel frequently to facilities across the Southeast to drive alignment and execution
• Lead and support internal teams in logistics, customer service, and production
• Monitor KPIs and build strategies to improve efficiency and service levels
• Own budgeting and resource planning to support scalability
• Serve as a key link between executive leadership and operational teams

Who You Are

• A highly organized and strategic leader withstrong operational instincts
• Experienced inmanaging warehouse or distribution operations
• Analytical and solution-oriented, always seeking ways to improve
• Comfortable juggling field work and digital dashboards
• Excellent communicator who can motivate teams and enforce accountability
• Willing and able totravel regularly across the Southeast(FL, GA, NC, SC, AL, TN, etc.)
• Bonus: experience inuniforms, apparel, or manufacturing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in operations or logistics leadership
• Proficiency with performance metrics, budgeting, and team management
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently
