HIGH TECH MALDIVES is seeking an experienced Senior Director of Operations to lead day-to-day operations, optimize performance, and drive scalable processes across the organization. You will shape operational strategy, mentor leaders, and ensure execution against KPIs and budgets.

In this role, you will collaborate with executive leadership, implement efficient workflows, and foster a culture of accountability while guiding growth initiatives and balancing cost controls in a remote/hybrid

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in operations or business management.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and complex operations.
• Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage budgets, performance metrics, and process improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
