Job summary

Storm2 seeks an experienced Director of Revenue Operations to lead strategy and execution of Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships Operations. You will optimize processes, drive reporting, forecasting, and cross-functional alignment while managing onshore and offshore resources.

The role requires deep Salesforce expertise, strong analytical skills, and a track record of scalable revenue enablement in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (or equivalent) required.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
  • 3+ years managing and coaching teams, including offshore resources.
  • 2+ years administering a highly complex Salesforce environment within Financial Services.
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, sales planning, and KPI analysis experience.
  • Experience auditing Salesforce environments and optimizing workflows.
  • Expertise managing Salesforce APIs, Apex integrations, and external platforms.
  • Proven track record designing and implementing reporting frameworks and operational processes.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with executive, business, and tech teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Revenue Operations across Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships.
  • Manage and develop a team of onshore and offshore Operations professionals.
  • Act as a strategic partner to executive leadership and department heads.
  • Prioritize and oversee key operational initiatives, projects, and issues.
  • Coordinate forecasting, planning, and budgeting across revenue-generating functions.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to drive performance.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and accuracy across reporting and data.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership on quota planning and performance expectations.
  • Own and optimize Salesforce ecosystem and revenue technologies.
  • Oversee APIs, partner integrations, and commission workflows.
  • Gather requirements and work with technical teams to deliver solutions.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity, governance, and compliance standards.

WeareseekinganexperiencedDirectorofRevenueOperationstoleadthestrategyandexecutionofSales,Marketing,andPartnershipsOperations.

Thisindividualwillberesponsibleforoptimizingtheoperationalfunctionsthatsupportrevenue-generatingteams,drivingprocessimprovement,systemenhancements,reporting,forecasting,andcross-functionalalignment.Therolewillmanagebothonshoreandoffshoreresourceswhilepartneringcloselywithexecutiveleadership,departmentheads,andtechnicalteamstocreateascalableandefficientrevenueengine.
