We are partnering with an established, industrial technology company seeking a Director of Operations to lead and expand its industrial repair and service business. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity with a company that has ambitious growth plans, including a goal of doubling its repair business over the next 4–5 years. We're looking for a proven leader who can develop people, improve operational performance, and build the infrastructure necessary to support significant growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of service technicians, coordinators, and commercial personnel
• Drive operational improvements, efficiency, and profitability
• Develop staffing plans, budgets, and strategies to support business expansion
• Establish and monitor KPIs to improve productivity, turnaround times, and customer satisfaction
• Partner with executive leadership to identify growth opportunities and expand service capabilities
• Implement new technologies, systems, and processes to improve operational performance

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven leadership experience in industrial service, repair, equipment maintenance, or related operations
• Demonstrated success growing a department, business unit, or service organization
• Strong background in continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and technical teams
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with industrial equipment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead both strategically and tactically
• Comfortable leveraging ERP systems, data, and emerging technologies

Experience in hydraulics, fluid power, pumps, motors, or rotating equipment is highly desirable but not required.
