Angel Senior Care in Spokane, WA is looking for an operational leader to establish foundational systems for agency growth. You'll be responsible for building strong operational processes that ensure caregiver support and client satisfaction.
The role involves leading a team and understanding community dynamics, ensuring that the agency's growth remains steady and sustainable. Successful candidates will thrive in a problem-solving environment and embrace autonomy.
Compensation starts at $81,000 with bonus opportunities.
We’re not looking for someone to maintain what already exists.
We’re looking for someone who sees how things could run better… and actually builds the systems to make it happen.
Our agency is growing. Referrals are increasing. Clients are trusting us with their families. Caregivers are counting on us to lead well.
Now we need the person who can build the operational engine that supports that growth.
This role is for someone who is naturally autonomous, driven, and wired to improve things. Someone who notices where processes break down and instinctively starts building structure that helps people succeed.
If you like walking into a situation and figuring out how to make it run better, you’ll probably love this job.
Most of your time will be focused on building the operational foundation inside the agency that allows us to grow without chaos.
You’ll help create stronger systems around intake, scheduling, staffing, caregiver support, and client satisfaction. You’ll lead the office team, bring clarity to priorities, and help people perform at a higher level.
Growth only works when the foundation underneath it is strong. Your job is to help build that foundation.
About 40% of the role will also involve helping strengthen our presence in the community. That means supporting referral relationships, understanding what drives new business, and identifying where the next opportunities for growth exist.
This isn’t about cold sales. It’s about understanding how operations, reputation, and relationships work together to grow a healthcare business.
You probably:
You don’t wait to be told what to fix.
You see it and start building the solution.
The office team is operating with clarity and accountability.
Caregivers feel supported and stay longer.
Clients are happy and referring their friends.
Referral partners trust us.
Growth is steady and sustainable instead of chaotic.
You’ll know you’re doing well because the entire operation starts running smoother.
We care much more about how you think and lead than a perfect résumé, but helpful experience includes:
Salary: $81,000 +
Bonus opportunities tied to growth and operational performance.
