Job summary

Flynn Group seeks a Director of Operations to lead a large multi-unit region of Pizza Hut franchises in Virginia, partnering with Area Directors and field leaders to drive performance across operations, people and profitability.

Success comes from owning full P&L, delivering against sales and efficiency targets, analyzing financials and KPIs, and building strong teams through coaching and development. You will set strategic plans, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with brand standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience required (QSR strongly preferred).
• Experience leading 30+ locations with multiple direct reports.
• Strong P&L ownership and financial acumen.
• Proven ability to drive results through others.

The Role
