Job summary

Flynn Restaurant Group is seeking a regional operations leader to coordinate and direct activities across multiple locations within the region. You will supervise managers, monitor unit performance, and drive financial results while ensuring compliance with company policies and client expectations.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant experience, strong budgeting and forecasting skills, and proven leadership to build productive teams and achieve growth targets across 30

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Five+ years multi-unit supervisory experience in restaurant or service-related field with high customer contact.
• Direct responsibility of a minimum of 30 locations with at least 5 direct reports.
• Experience managing high volume or multi-unit operations; budgeting and forecasting.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial forecasts and balance programs for selected accounts within the region.
• Develop a business plan and budget for the region.

• Review financial statements and operating reports.
• Recommend and manage capital requirements to maximize returns.

Job description

In this great opportunity you would be fully engaged and responsible for successfully coordinating and directing activities within your assigned region through subordinate managers.

You will continually monitor operating units and selectively negotiate as needed for matters relating to account operations to assure highest client and customer satisfaction levels and account retention, strong employee relations, achievement of financial goals and future business growth plans. In carrying out assigned responsibilities, you must ensure that all personnel under his/her operational control comply with all clients, government, corporate and division policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Develop financial forecasts and balance programs and resources for selected accounts within the region.
• Develop a business plan and budget for the region.
• Responsible for attainment of financial goals for the region.
• Review and analyze financial statements, weekly operating reports and other financial results.
• Recommends and manage capital requirements to maximize financial returns.
• Actively involved with sales of business.
• Responsible for productivity and staffing that is appropriate to the region goals.
• Monitor period analysis and initiates action plans as necessary.
• Maintain and support client satisfaction at a level that ensures account retention.
• Maintain an active stewardship program at multiple levels within the region.
• Administer required client/customer surveys (and other feedback instruments) and respond in a timely and effective manner.
• Assist in customizing programs to meet each account's unique needs as required.

Job Requirements Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Five+ years Multi unit supervisory experience in restaurant or service-related field with high customer/client contact required.

• Experience managing high volume or multi-unit operations. Budgeting, forecasting, sales experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations.

• Possess a thorough knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.
• Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
