Job summary

Flynn Group is seeking an Area Director to lead multiple Pizza Hut locations, driving performance, service quality, and team development. You will coach and mentor managers, recruit talent, and maintain a strong customer-focused culture across sites.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of multi-unit leadership in hospitality, a valid driver's license, and a passion for creating an exceptional workplace where teams excel and customers enjoy outstanding products.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of multi-unit leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry.
• 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
• Desire to create a great place to work and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment and lead by example.

Responsibilities
