London Approach in the Greater Raleigh area seeks a Director of Operations to lead manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives while driving strategic improvements.

This hands-on leader will develop high-performing teams, manage production planning and budgets, and partner with cross-functional leaders to achieve growth and efficiency goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of manufacturing operations experience, including 5+ years in leadership.
• Proven success driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, ERP/MRP systems, and production planning.
