We are looking for a Director of Operations to work directly with the Founder and help build, optimize, and scale operations across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Founder to execute strategic initiatives
• Build and scale operations across multiple markets

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $90,000 — $100,000
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $130,000 — $150,000
• Performance-based bonuses tied to company and operational growth
