Qualifications

• 6+ years in upscale/fine-dining restaurant management (≥3 at GM level).
• 2+ years multi-unit leadership overseeing ≥$60M annual revenue, with at least one unit ≥$30M.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple locations in the LA area to ensure efficiency and standards.
• Mentor and develop General Managers and teams for continuous improvement and service excellence.
