Phil is a Series D health-tech company building a platform that connects patients, prescribers, pharmacies, and pharmaceutical manufacturers to get medication quickly and affordably. They are a dedicated team of people from a wide range of backgrounds, united by a focus on the patient experience.

We seek a leader to build and lead the quality and process agenda across patient support, pharmacist, and pharmacy technician teams, partnering with Engineering and Product to embed automated controls

Qualifications

• 10+ years in operational quality, quality engineering, or process improvement in high-volume, high-accuracy environments.
• Hands-on experience with AI, LLM, or automation tools and a track record of leading tenured experts through change.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the quality and process agenda across patient support, pharmacist, and pharmacy technician teams.
• Partner with Engineering and Product to embed automated controls and AI monitoring into core workflows.
• Deploy at least one automated or AI-enabled control in production and standardize executive-ready quality reporting.
• Cut error rates by 50% from baseline and expand quality coverage without adding audit headcount.

Job description

First 90 Days:

• Learn core workflows firsthand and deliver a data-backed root cause review of top error drivers.
• Stand up a live initiative tracker and create a team-informed plan for the new operating model.

First Year:

• Deploy at least one automated or AI-enabled control in production and standardize executive-ready quality reporting.
• Cut error rates by 50% from baseline and expand quality coverage without adding audit headcount.

Who You Are:
