Job summary

PHIL is hiring a Director of Operational & Quality Excellence to drive a best-in-class platform using automation and AI. This build-and-lead role spans patient support, pharmacists, and technicians, shifting from manual review to automated, real-time controls.

You'll report to the VP of Operational Excellence and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Client Success to define quality and drive measurable outcomes with executive visibility.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in operational quality or quality engineering in high-volume settings.
• 5+ years leading teams or a functional unit.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI/automation to solve quality problems.
• Experience integrating controls into systems with test automation and release validation.
• Proven record of cross-team results with data-driven fixes.

Responsibilities

• Define quality strategy with AI-enabled monitoring and real-time controls.
• Own quality for operational workflows and platform with test automation.
• Design processes at the point of work and embed controls.
• Establish escalation framework with owners, dates, and paths forward.
• Lead a ~10 person team through organizational change and provide executive visibility.
