Job summary

Beacon Mental Health seeks a Director of Access and Therapy Services to lead Access, Intake, Front Desk, and Therapy operations. This role drives strategic planning, capacity management, and continuous improvement to ensure timely, equitable care across services.

The position partners with clinical leadership to balance access, safety, and quality while managing staffing, workflows, and performance metrics in a complex behavioral health setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and leadership experience may be considered.
• Current clinical licensure in behavioral health preferred and must be maintained in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, payer and contract obligations, and quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Access, Intake, Front Desk, and Therapy services and establish priorities and performance standards.
• Oversee waitlist management, triage, and escalation processes to ensure timely care.
• Direct coordination of front desk operations and patient-experience standards.
• Oversee therapy services, including provider assignment, appointments, and documentation timeliness.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and departments to align goals and manage budgets and staffing.
