Job summary

A.T. Still University (ATSU) Partnership seeks a full-time exempt Program Director and open-rank faculty to lead the BSN program.

The role includes strategic planning, representation within the university, and developing clinical partnerships and interdisciplinary initiatives. Responsibilities include advancing teaching, service, and scholarship, supervising faculty, ensuring CCNE and BON compliance, and supporting student recruitment, enrollment, and NCLEX-RN outcomes in a telecommute

Qualifications

• MSN from an accredited institution is required.
• DNP/PhD/EdD in Nursing/Higher Education strongly preferred.
• Active RN license; eligible for RN licensure in applicable jurisdictions for program oversight.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the BSN program.
• Represent the BSN program in the department, college, and university.
• Develop community partnerships and clinical affiliate relationships.
