Job summary

Quant in New York is building the On-Chain Money Initiative, a transformative network for tokenized deposits clearing and settlement across the US. We are seeking a leader who will run the operation from our Manhattan office and own performance, roadmap, and commercial accountability.

Qualifications

• Must have run a delivery operation for a financial institution under contracts with stringent KPIs and SLAs.
• Accountable for a P&L, a headcount plan and an operating budget, ideally including 24x7 operations.
• Credibility in a room with bank executives and in a room with engineers.
• Real experience of regulated environments: audit trails, examinations, and change control tested by external entities.

Responsibilities

• Own the service levels, the operational roadmap and the regional P&L.
• Be the single accountable point of contact on contract, commercials and relationship.
• Lead the Heads of Platform Reliability and Security.
• Collaborate with Quant and The Clearing House teams to support the 2027 launch plan.
