Job summary

Quant seeks an Engagement Director to lead the operation behind the On-Chain Money Initiative from our Manhattan office. You will be the single accountable contact for contracts, commercials and relationships, reporting to the US COO.

Own service levels, the operational roadmap, and the regional P&L, and guide Heads of Platform Reliability and Security as the program scales. The network aims to launch in H1 2027; you will shape the delivery cadence, governance, and change control in a regulated

Qualifications

• Experience running a delivery operation for a financial institution under strict KPIs and SLAs.
• Accountable for P&L, headcount plan and operating budget, ideally including 24x7 operations.
• Credibility with bank executives and with engineers, in mixed leadership contexts.
• Experience in regulated environments: audit trails, examinations, and change control.

Responsibilities

• Own service levels, the operational roadmap and the regional P&L.
• Be the single accountable contact on contract, commercials and relationship.
• Lead Heads of Platform Reliability and Security.
• Collaborate with The Clearing House and Quant teams to ensure delivery readiness and regulatory compliance.
