Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; in lieu of bachelor's, 6 years of food service or hospitality management in a healthcare environment.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3-4 years Food Service or Hospitality Management leadership (Required)
• 5-6 years Director or manager level in Senior Dining or Hospital environment (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Ensure the facility/department complies with regulatory statutes, standards of care, and competency standards.
• Coordinate payroll functions, time verification, and payroll inquiries to minimize adjustments.
• Develop annual operating budgets, monitor labor hours, and review resource allocation to meet service goals.
• Lead staff training, guest service protocols, and team huddles to maintain open communication.
• Oversee menus with dietitians to meet nutrition orders and allergies, and regularly round on residents.
