Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or ACF Certification in Culinary Arts is required.
• 2 years of food production/management experience required.
• 5-6 years of high-volume kitchen production management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide culinary excellence and ensure quality/presentation from prep to plate for residents and events.
• Develop and standardize menus meeting nutritional requirements.
• Develop schedules and optimize workflow to ensure staffing and budget goals.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and Riverside policies.
• Oversee food production and sanitation teams, ensuring timely and quality service.
