Job summary

Saint Clare's Health, part of Prime Healthcare, is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator for the Sub Acute department. This exempt, full-time role covers planning, staffing, financial management, compliance, and quality initiatives to support resident care and operational excellence.

The administrator will supervise resident services, advocate for residents, coordinate resources, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, gerontology, nursing or business.
• NJ license Nursing Home Administrator.
• 3+ years minimum as an Administrator.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $107,640.00 to $145,308.80 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
