Autumn Care of Myrtle Grove in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead the Nursing Service Department in a skilled nursing facility. You will work with the Administrator and Medical Director to ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with federal, state, and local standards.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of work (unencumbered).
• Current CPR or BLS certification.
• Minimum two years supervisory experience in a nursing or related healthcare setting.
