Job summary

Saber Health Group is seeking a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility in Wilmington, NC to organize, develop, and direct nursing services. You will work with the Administrator and Medical Director to ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with standards.

The role offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus and a clear path for leadership growth within a structured regional system. This is a full-time on-site position at Autumn Care of Myrtle Grove, Wilmington.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license to practice in the state.
• Must possess a current CPR or BLS certification.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a nursing setting, preferably long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Nursing Service Department operations in the SNF.
• Collaborate with the Administrator and Medical Director to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards and infection control.
• Lead and develop nursing staff and manage policies and procedures.
