Job summary

Stanton Park Health & Rehabilitation in Washington, DC is seeking an RN Director of Nursing to lead the Nursing Department and uphold quality standards of care across federal, state, and facility guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.

• Five years in long-term or acute healthcare preferred; at least 2 years nursing supervisory experience required.

• In the Administrator's absence, assumes center operations responsibilities.

WhatYou’llBe Doing:

The RN Director of Nursing works in concert with the Administrator and directs the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care per current Federal, State, and facilities standards, guidelines, and regulations. In the absence of the Administrator, assumes the responsibility for center operations. The Director of Nursing RN conducts the nursing process - assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation - under the State’s Nurse Practice Act of Registered Nurse licensure scope.N Leadership, RN Leader, Nurse Manager, RN Manager, Nurse Director, RN Director, DON, Director of Nursing

Education:
