Job summary

Lord Chamberlain Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Connecticut seeks a Director of Nursing for the Short Term Unit to provide leadership, oversee clinical operations, and ensure high-quality patient care. You will mentor staff and collaborate with families and partners.

Responsibilities include policy development, budget oversight, regulatory compliance, and quality initiatives. CT RN licensure required; BSN is required and MSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a nursing leadership role (short-term unit preferred).
• Current RN licensure in Connecticut.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; Master's Degree preferred.
• Additional requirements determined by experience and qualifications.
